3.Getting a Quote & Applying Online
To find the best combination of coverage for your needs, use the online Quotation and Application Module.
-
Enter your details: Fill in your date of birth, nationality, country, and other personal information.
-
Customize your plan: To adjust your premium, you can choose a high deductible or a co-pay on your outpatient cover.
-
Select benefits: The module will ask if you want to include optional life and disability benefits. If you are not interested in these, simply select the option to proceed with healthcare and dental coverage only.
Helpful Tip for Extended Coverage (Age 60+)
If you are over 60 and wish to extend your coverage to a country in a more expensive premium zone (such as your country of origin), a specific workaround is required. In the online application, you must list that country as your 'country of stay' at the beginning of the process. This helps to properly calculate your premium and coverage.
Alternative Application Method (PDF Form)
If the online module does not work for your application, you can use the PDF forms as an alternative.
- Download the forms: Obtain the application form and health questionnaire in PDF format.
- Fill out the forms: Complete the forms digitally using your PDF program—there is no need to print or scan them.
- Submit your application: Email the completed forms to contact@johoinsurances.org.
- Important: Be sure to attach a copy of your passport to the email.
